Absolutely! We encourage a pre-service meet-and-greet between our caregivers and your pet. This meeting helps ensure that both you and your pet are comfortable with our caregiver and allows us to learn about your pet’s specific needs and preferences.
long-term visits
We're able to provide longer visits with our "staycation" service option. We'll take care of your pets, the house, and any small tasks you might need tending to while away, like plant babies!
boarding
No, we don't board pets, we prioritize your pet's comfort by providing in-home care rather than boarding, ensuring they stay happy and relaxed in their familiar environment.
cancellation policy
We understand that plans can change. You can cancel any service free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service date will incur a fee.
group walking
We walk your pets alone and do not bring groups. This way we bring extra special attention to your fur babies! Our experienced staff makes sure that every dog is comfortable and safe during the walk.
medications
Yes, we can! At Collar Club CLT, we are fully equipped to administer medications as per your pet's health requirements. Please provide detailed instructions during your initial consultation, and we will ensure your pet receives their treatments accurately and on time.
transportation
We do not provide transportation to the vet, but we can recommend a reliable pet taxi service in the area.
